Abstract

Abstract Lake Laut MatiTasi Ana is located in Daeurendale Village, Landuleko Sub-District of Rote Ndao Regency East Nusa Tenggara Province. The conditions and characteristics of water habitat of this Lake greatly affect the diversity of existing biota. Insofar, data and information about the diversity of macrozoobenthos and nekton in this lake arestill are not available. This study aims to identify the diversity of macrozoobenthos and nekton that exist in the lake as well as their habitat condition parameters. The samples of data were collected from four predetermined stations of coordinate points (1.Oemasapoka, 2.Olokama, 3.Kaluoen, 4. Lolokaslain) by using cruise method. The study found that in this lake there exist eight species of macrozoobenthos which include Parathelphusaconvexa, Melanoidesturricula, M. tuberculata, M. maculata, Neritaundata, Mytilusedulis, Acar squamosa, Cerastodermaglaucum. Most of those macrozoobenthos belong to Gastropod class. In addition, there are four species of nekton namely Oreochormis niloticus, O. mossambicus, Paracheirodon simulans, Channa sp. All of these nektons are found only in station 1 (Oemasapoka). It is conceivable asthe watersalinity of this station is 30 0/00 and the pH level is 9.29. Such condition allows the existence of the nektons.

Abstract

This research intends to determine the effect of job training and work motivation on performance at PT. Aksata Satya Pratama. To produce quality employees and good performance, companies need to pay attention to increasing knowledge by providing job training. The job training program at PT. Aksata Satya Pratama is still not optimal so that it has an impact on decreased employee performance. Respondents in this research were 40 people and used census techniques. Testing data in this research used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test (multicollinearity test), multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing and data analysis in this research using SPSS version 19 program. The results of the research show that job training variables have a negative value (H1 is rejected) and work motivation has a positive value (H2 is accepted). This means that the training variable has no influence on employee performance and work motivation has an influence on employee performance by 67.1%. So, it is stated that job training has no significant effect on employee performance while work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. In this research, researchers concluded that employee performance will increase supported by employee motivation by factors of work results that are recognized as proven by employees being able to complete various kinds of work.

Abstract

Drainage in peatland caused reducing water storage and subsidence. Groundwaterlevel fluctuations are a major role in the water balance that occurs in peatlands. Theresearch was conducted in a specific area of agricultural peatland. The location inSub-Peatland Hydrological Unit (Sub- PHU) 5 and 6 Kahayan Sebangau, CentralKalimantan Province, Indonesia. Modeling for groundwater table was applied usingFreewat / Modflow software with input rainfall probability 80% (R80), infiltration, and evapotranspiration data analysis. Groundwater table should not be less thanminus 0.4 meters based on the Indonesian Ministry of Environment and Forestry(Menlhk). The deficit means the groundwater level below -0.4 m and surplus uponthe criteria. Land modeling is simulated with an area of 300 x 1000 meters. Thecalibration in the model was found conductivity values, 50 m / day or 5.78 x 10-4 m /s with the best value with the largest NSE and Correlation. The modeling showedthat the deficit occurred in seven months. The groundwater management is how tokeep the water level upon -0.4 m with the planning of canal blocking height. Thescenarios are 0.2 m. 0.3 m, 0.4m, and 0.5 m upon the base flow of the canal. Thebest scenario was chosen 0.5m according to the simulation which has the waterlevel upon -0.4 m.

Abstract

Dysmenorrhea is the pain experienced during menstruation that causes women to experience varying degrees of cramps. It presents as discomfort, while others suffer pain that can stop daily activities for some women. Therefore, to reduce the use of drugs, herbal methods are used, boiled water for the wood secang, so that side effects can minimize for the body. This research aims to analyze the reduction of Visual Descriptor Scale (VDS) of adolescence with dysmenorrhea in Makassar. This research lasted for one year with several stages, including the first stage; identify research samples based on criteria. The second stage, making informed consent and choice of respondents. The third stage, using a Quasi-Experimental design with a pretest and post-test approach in one treatment group, namely adolescents with dysmenorrhea, measured VDS before giving the boiled water for secang wood and after giving it. The fifth stage, assessing the decrease of VDS before and after treatment. This study indicated that the average intensity of the respondents' menstrual pain before giving the boiled water of secang wood was 4.5, where the lowest menstrual pain intensity was two. The highest was 8, while after giving secang wood boiled water was 3.0, where the pain intensity was the lowest menstrual period was 0, and the highest was 6. The Paired T-Test results obtained a p-value of 0.000 <0.05 so that the boiled water of secang wood affects reducing pain intensity in young females.

Abstract

Abstrak: Supervising is a cooperative service. Supervising can be understood to be helpful in two directions as it is applied. In other words, the supervised instructor and the supervisor themselves are promoted and reorganized so that, in turn, teachers may become professionals. This study was conducted to reveal: 1) The role of the Principal in Learning Preparation to enhance teacher success as an Instructional Supervisor. 2) The role of the Principal in integrating learning to increase success as an Instructional Supervisor. 3) The role of the Principal in Learning Assessment to enhance teacher efficiency as an Instructional Supervisor. The role of the Principal as a supervisor in improving teacher performance at SDIT BaitulJannah has been well achieved from the results of the study but needs to be improved again. The Principal has done his best to guide, direct, design, inspire, assess, and maintain good ties from within and outside the school. However, there were some hurdles, including the short-term supervision of all teachers. While support is required, namely the teachers' willingness to obtain guidance from SDIT Principal BaitulJannah, active involvement of students in school activities, help from superiors, and good relations between school members.

Abstract

Tofu is a typical Indonesian food. The tofu production process has its own impact on the environment because the rest of the production results in solid and liquid waste. If the processing or utilization of the waste products is not carried out, it will pollute the surrounding environment. The aim of this research is to identify the environmental impact of the tofu production process. The method used in this research is the method of mixed method simapro program assisted 7. From the results showed that the production process knows it can cause environmental pollution, it is seen from the damage category. Score a single score of 4076,345 Pt, with an environmental impact of Human Health of 1701.54 (41.7%), Ecosystem Quality of 1409.057 (34.6%), and Resources of 965.7484 (23.7%). Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the factors that effect teacher job satisfaction. In obtaining the data, a quantitsative approach is used with an explanatory coreeelational design because it aims to describe and measure the degree of relationship between variables in causal modeling using part analysis. The results showed that:First, leadership has a direct effect on teacher job satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.173. Second, self esteem has a direct effect on teacher job satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.173.
